HARC Classes and Registration

2025-2026 Registration Details

  • For the 2025-2026 school year, participation in HARC costs $510 per area of study if using the full payment registration. A few of our programs are one semester long, and those cost $290 if using the full payment registration.
  • When you register, $80 of the tuition is non-refundable.
  • There is a payment plan option for each class listed in the registration.
    •  If using a payment plan, participation in HARC costs $540 for a year-long class. 
    • The payments are divided in half. All payment plan payments must be received by August 8.
    • Also, after July 15, only the full payment option is available for initial registration.
  • After July 15, we will not be able to issue refunds of any amount. By that time, we will have contracted with an instructor to work with your child, and you are obligated to fulfill that contract. After July 15, if you have selected to pay by the payment plan option, you will be responsible for the entire $540 tuition.  However, as a courtesy to you, we will continue to collect that amount via the payment plan. Alternatively, you may immediately pay the full payment amount of $510.
  • If an area of study does not meet its minimum enrollment, all the enrolled students will receive a full refund.  As a reminder, the minimum enrollment for a 1-hour class is 4 students and for a 2-hour class is 8 students. 
  • If you need to withdrawal your student from a class, you must contact Jonell Williams at jwilliams@shepherds.org  or by phone during office hours at the church office at 919-233-9100 ext. 1116. 
  • If you need to request any other considerations, please contact Beth Grose at ladywisdom2@gmail.com.
  • If you want to register after the first day of class, you must have the instructor’s approval.
  • Classes begin August 4, 5, 6, and 7, 2025.
