HARC Classes and Registration

Welcome to HARC for 2024-2025.  We continue to provide honors level courses taught by outstanding instructors who are highly qualified in their field all with a biblical framework.  It is our desire to see each student enjoy a positive academic year and finish well.  We will meet in person starting August 6-9.   Instructors will be contacting parents to invite you to their meetings.   It is imperative that all parents have the correct email for both the parent and student on file with the registration.  It is imperative that every student have a different email address from the parent for setting up an account with our online education management system.

2024-2025 Registration Details

  • For the 2024-2025 school year, participation in HARC costs $510 per area of study if using the full payment registration. A few of our programs are one semester, and those cost $290 if using the full payment registration.
  • When you register, $80 of the tuition is non-refundable.
  • There is a payment plan option for each class listed in the registration.
    •  If using a payment plan, participation in HARC costs $540 for a year-long class. 
    • The payments are divided in half. All payment plan payments must be received by August 9.
    • Also, after July 15, only the full payment option is available for initial registration.
  • After July 15, we will not be able to issue refunds of any amount. By that time, we will have contracted with an instructor to work with your child, and you are obligated to fulfill that contract. After July 15, if you have selected to pay by the payment plan option, you will be responsible for the entire $540 tuition.  However, as a courtesy to you, we will continue to collect that amount via the payment plan. Alternatively, you may immediately pay the full payment amount of $510.
  • If an area of study does not meet its minimum enrollment, all the enrolled students will receive a full refund.  As a reminder, minimum enrollment for a 1-hour class is 4 students and for a 2-hour class is 8 students. 
  • If you need to withdrawal your student from a class, you must contact Jonell Williams at jwilliams@shepherds.org  or by phone during office hours at the church office at 919-233-9100 ext. 1116. 
  • If you need to request any other considerations, please contact Beth Grose at ladywisdom2@gmail.com.
  • If you want to register after the first day of class, you must have the instructor’s approval.
  • Classes begin August 6, 7, 9, and 10, 2024.
